Threaded Altura end in 14k rose gold with rutilated quartz and rhodolite, for 16g

From BVLA, this Altura features a 4mm rutilated quartz cabichon surrounded by 12-1.25mm micro pave rhodolite gems in solid 14k yellow gold. 6.5mm overall size. This piece is threaded for 18g or 16 posts.
