This internally threaded curved barbell in implant grade titanium (ASTM F136) features a fixed ball-set bottom 6mm gem with a matching low profile 4mm gem top. Gems are high quality synthetics from Swarovski, and won’t fall out or go grey over time. 12g (2mm) thickness, our standard gauge for navel piercings for well over a decade. The slightly thicker post makes for a more stable piercing. This larger bottom gem is best for healed piercings
