From BVLA, the Change of Heart end has a center 4x2mm peach topaz marquise, 2-1.25mm white sapphire baguettes, and 3-1mm grey sapphires in solid 14k yellow gold. 6x5mm overall size, threaded for 14g or 12g straight or curved posts.
