Titanium (ASTM F136 or ASTM F1295) threadless “snap-together” menage a trois end with a trio of 1.5mm cabochon manmade opal ("fauxpal") ends. A “cabochon” is a polished rather than faceted gem and is common for stones such as turquoise and opal. Great for nostril, earlobe, and ear cartilage piercings.
