Altura in platinum with sapphire and diamonds, 6.5mm, threaded for 16g

The classic Altura end from BVLA elevated to the next level. This end features a center 2.5mm genuine blue sapphire surrounded by a channel of 7-1.75mm genuine diamonds in a solid platinum setting. With an overall size of 6.5mm, this ends would be lovlely in a conch, flat or helix, or even a philtrum piercing!
