Sizing Guidelines: Nostril/ear

• 3/16″: thinner than average healed piercings
• 7/32″: thinner than average healed piercings
• 1/4″: thinner than average healing piercings; average healed piercings
• 9/32″: average healing piercings
• 5/16″: average healing piercing; thicker than average healed piercings
• 11/32″: thicker than average healing piercings
• 3/8″: thicker than average or irritated healing piercings
• 7/16″: very irritated piercings

Remember that these are just guidelines, and that it’s generally safer to go longer than you think you need than shorter.
