Sizing Guidelines: Nostril/ear
- 3/16″: thinner than average healed piercings
- 1/4″: thinner than average healing piercings; average healed piercings
- 5/16″: average healing piercing; thicker than average healed piercings
- 3/8″: thicker than average or irritated healing piercings
- 7/16″: very irritated piercings
Remember that these are just guidelines, and that it’s generally safer to go longer than you think you need than shorter.
