This pair of earrings features 3 or 4mm prong-set gems in solid 18k white gold settings with flat-back posts for healing. Your piercer will determine the appropriate length when you come in for your piercing. We stock several colors in 3mm and white CZ in 4mm.

These gems can be paired with implant-grade titanium or solid 14k gold posts/backs. Implant grade titanium is used in orthopedic implants like hip replacements and bone screw. It’s a lower cost material that’s highly durable. You can also select solid 14k gold posts for an additional cost.
