18g (1mm) quartz glass nostril retainer. Quartz glass is harder and more pure than ordinary glass and are completely safe to wear even in unhealed or partially healed piercings. These retainers have an L-bend to keep them in place, and will work for both left and right nostril piercings.  ** These are not recommended for unhealed piercings, as they are not as secure as the threadless posts (ie will fall out easily).
